What ever happened to......... Maia Campbell

 Maia Campbell , was a beautiful , young up in coming actress in Hollywood who was most popular in the mid ninties. Some of you  may remember seeing her in Terese's music video "Sweet Lady" ! She is best known for her role in the 90's sitcom "In The House "starring LL Cool J,. Maia, also played in a few low budget films .She than got married  to Elias Gutierrez & they had a daughter named Elizabeth not much was heard from her for a while after that , Unbeknownst to all of her fans Maia,.had been struggling with Bi-Polar Disorder and Schizophrenia  for years!

Her mental illness wasn't made public until her Mother Bestselling Author BeBe Moore Campbell, wrote a book about a mother trying to help her mentally disturbed child. Most people thought that the book couldn't be about Maia ,because she was so beautiful and well put together!  Not long after the book was written her mother died of Brain Cancer and Maia lost complete control of herself! Soon videos and pictures of her naked and singing for crack hit the net and her fans had no choice but to face the  grim reality that indeed all of the rumours about her were true

After : Maia Campbell , is now wandering the streets of California with a serious untreated mental illness, addicted to crack and selling her body! This is truly sad ! I hope she gets the help that she needs soon!

In April 2001 she was charged for driving without a license and damaging property.
In August 2001 she was charged for driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
In December 2004 she was charged AGAIN for driving with a suspended license and marijuana was found in the vehicle.
In August 2006 she was charged for driving without the vehicle owners consent and driving with a suspended license.
In December 2008 she was charged for burglary; purchasing known stolen property.
In April 2009 she was charge for petty theft.
In August 2009 she was charged with Prostitution.

I think that it's important not to judge people because you never know what may happen to you or someone you love! Life has so many twists turns ! That person who seems to be on top of the world , My cry themselves to sleep every night! Let keep her in our prayers everyone!
